CNC Consultancy Services offers two unique services which are aimed to ensure our clients requirements are fulfilled.
Our standard service is aimed at clients who's design is well advanced. Therefore, the assessment will be conducted using the well establised scheme. The service will focus on the design stage assessment and post construction assessment with formal registration with the BRE. This service is however not recommended for those projects that require a BREEAM Very Good or Excellent rating.
In contrast, our consultancy service aims to provide the client and their design team with a feasibility study and pre-assessment at the very beginning of the design process, attendance at design team meetings and an analysis of options available to facilitate the decision making process and to seek the most cost effective and commercially viable solution(s) available.
