We are able to supply SAP calculations for
n new build dwellings
n premises converted to residential dwellings
n extensions to dwellings with excessive glazing
We offer a standard service which assumes that the design is well advanced and we assess the submitted design. Or a Consultancy Service which provides you or the client with design advice from inception through to completion.
Our aim is to advise and submit compliant assessments to the building control body in accordance with with Approved Documents L1A or L1B of the Building Regulations 2000
(as amended).
