Stage G Tender Documentation & Stage H Tender Action

Contribute to the preparation and collation of tender documents in sufficient detail to establish compliance with the Regulations to enable appropriate tenders to be obtained.

Contribute to the analysis of the tenders in relation to matters relating to the Regulations.

Contribute to the generation of the RIBA Stage G & H Report(s).

Stage K Construction and Practical Completion

Monitor the work on-site and advise the Client of any deviations from the contract information relating to the Regulations.

Make regular site visits and liaise closely with the Client’s Clerk of Works and the inspecting authority to ensure continuing compliance with the Regulations is maintained.

Provide further information reasonably requested by the Contractor (or the Contractors Consultant Team).

Contribute to the generation of progress reports and the RIBA Stage J and K Report(s).

Stage L After Practical Completion

Contribute to the generation of a regime for making good any outstanding Regulations non-compliant snags remaining after Practical Completion and make post-rectification inspections.

Liaise with the Inspecting Authority and together formulate a complete list of Regulations related snags to enable the contractor’s ‘sign-off’ and facilitate the formal issuing of a statutory Completion Certificate.

Stage M Post Project Review

Identify any Regulations non-compliant defects and make final inspections.

Take part in and contribute to a Post Project Review process.
