BREEAM Education
In March 2008 BRE Global was engaged by the UK Higher Education Funding Councils and the Association of University Directors of Estate (AUDE) to develop BREEAM for higher education facilities.
BREEAM Education helps schools and further education colleges to set environmental targets for new and refurbished educational buildings.
The scheme encompasses primary, secondary and further education colleges including :-
- New Schools
- Major Refurbishment Projects
- Extensions
As BREEAM Education licensed Assessors, CNC is not only able to offer clients the benefit of our expertise in applying BREEAM but also, as practicing Building Control surveyors, are able to bring to the fore expertise in Education facilities pertaining the Building Regulations and other associated Legislation.
