Commercial Sale or Let
We are able to provide energy performance certificates for new buildings, extended buildings, for sale and let. It is a two-stage process whereby we model the premises using the accredited iSBEM software which then enables us to generate the energy performance certificate.
Upon completion of the premises we will issue a formal energy performance certificate to the client and building control body. This should then enable the building control body to issue the completion certificate, so long as all other matters (unrelated to the energy assessment) have been resolved to their satisfaction.
For new buildings we offer our standard service or consultancy service depending upon the client's requirements. Please also refer to the section on Simplified Building Energy Model (SBEM) for more details.
For existing premises (sale or let) we conduct a survey on site, model the premises using the iSBEM accredited software and generate the energy performance certificate for the client.
