The Standard Assessment Procedure (SAP) is a Government led methodology for assessing and comparing the energy and environmental performance of dwellings. Its provides accurate and reliable assessments of dwelling energy performances that are needed to underpin energy and environmental policy initiatives. CNC uses this accredited software for new dwellings
Our experienced energy surveyors work on a wide range of domestic dwellings from the one-off straightforward project through to complex residential development and high-rise apartments.
Your Building Control Body (BCB) will require a SAP and EPC for all new dwellings to comply with Approved Document L1A. There are also circumstances whereby conversions to dwellings will also require a SAP/EPC to comply with Approved Document L1B and we can help here too.
