Introduction

Conservation of fuel and power, fire safety (means of escape) and accessibility are accepted as milestones for any project given their impact on the project design, fenestration, orientation and the planning application. We believe the experience and knowledge we can bring to a design team adds value to the lead consultants, developer and client. We actively encourage our early involvement from Stage B or C of the RIBA Plan of Works to completion.
