Richard has worked in both the private and public sectors in the past 20 years.
Richard previously had overall responsibility for management, delivery and technical input into the £275m Chapelfield redevelopment project in the City of Norwich.
He predominantly delivered new commercial, complex and prestigious projects in the City centre specialising in fire related matters.

Chris has for the past 24 years worked in building control. During these years Chris has been involved with many prestigious and landmark projects throughout the City of Norwich including Castle Mall, The Forum and NELM Employment Centre. Many of these project shave been on sensitive and Listed Buildings including the major refurbishment of Sainsbury Centre and Narthex Project at Norwich Roman Catholic Cathedral.
This has lead him to specialise in educational projects and has worked extensively at the Unviersity of East Anglia, City College Norwich and Norwich Forum.
Chris currently is our BREEAM Education specialist.

Alan has been in Building Control for 35 years and has been involved in a number of prestigious projects including the Center Parcs development in
Thetford
Forest and the Newmarket Town Centre redevelopment project.
Alan has worked on a number of Healthcare projects over the years including the original
BUPA
Hospital in
Norwich, a new cottage Hospital in
Newmarket and a numerous care facilities including high level secure units.
His experience and knowledge of construction and operation of healthcare facilities puts him in an excellent position to understand the practical implications of achieving high BREEAM ratings and would make him an extremely useful addition to any multi disciplinary design team.

Mark has been in the construction industry for 27 years, originally in oil engineering, then architecture finally moving to building control in 1988.
He has dealt with many large scale projects all over the UK for building control and energy consultancy including Gapton Hall industrial estate, Snetterton Race Circuit and more recently Fellowes Plain in Norwich.
Mark has a broad knowledge of construction and technologies which enables him to give practical solutions and advice to achieve compliance with the many energy diciplines he deals with.
Mark is conversant in domestic and commercial schemes but specialises in Commercial SBEM (both on-construction and exsiting), he also is responsible for CNC's BREEAM Code for Sustainable Homes & Multi-Residential & Commercial projects.
Marco Valori BSc ABE

Marco has been involved in the construction industry for 18 years and had been a qualified Building Control surveyor for over 12 years. Since becoming a Building Control Surveyor he has worked on many of the major residential projects in and around Norwich including the landmark Riverside Heights development.
His experience in speculative residential developments, social and affordable housing schemes has lead him to become CNC's On-Construction Residential Energy Consultant. And since qualify in November 2008 he has assessed over 200 projects.
In particular his knowledge and expertise in both Building Control and Part L of the Approved Documents allows him to give practical solutions and advice on energy issues to achieve compliance with both the building regulations and BREEAM Code for Sustainable Homes.
