Whitlingham Activity Centre, a CNC projectOverview of the Consultancy Services

At Stage D (if D+B procurement) or up to Stage F (traditional procurement), the consultancy service will run in tandem with the statutory function and enable CNC to formally approve the project.

During the construction phase Stage K, CNC will monitor the work and advise the client of any deviations or contraventions of the Building Regulations.

At post practical completion, CNC will contribute to the generation of non-compliant snagging and make post-rectification site inspections on behalf of the client. CNC will work closely with the client, design team and contractors advising on issues that require attention prior to the inspecting authority issuing a final certificate. Finally, CNC will take part in the post project review process with the project team.
